Nothing I’m pissed I wasted my money to a place that can careless abt holding them self accountable

Lack of care and helpfulness Was not given the room that I paid $209 for and was not accommodated in any kind of way no apology or nothing! Just assed out. Mold in room and bathroom shower! The shampoo lotion and body wash was completely empty.!dirty dry towels

Nothing but breakfast was satisfied.

Construction! Couldn't find front desk. No bar! No outdoor pool! Lobby a mess! Room had lingerie behind bed left! Door handle almost off the double doors to bedroom. Asked for extra pillow since only came with 1 extra pillow and was never sent up! Frequently stayed at this hotel but very disappointed!!! Should have been told under constructed and missing bar and outdoor pool as advertising having them!

Everything was SUBPERB. we absolutely lived it..would stay again.weve already been talking about it..

The room set up was fantastic. The in-room amenities were top notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, newly remodeled. Close to everything we needed.

The entrance not being prominent due to the area it was built. Arriving at night made it a bit more difficult to figure out what side of the building it was the entrance.

I was seeing a customer in Downers Grove and this was a convenient place to stay for the customer and the airport. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had everything i needed.

It was a little dated, but clean. The hotel does not have a restaurant ( snacks are available ) and without a car you are very limited to where you can eat unless you want to call a cab ! There isnt much around the hotel.
