Location to Globe Life was an okay distance. Not to bad of a walk (about 20-25 mins)

The first room had a horrible smell inside and outside the room. I asked to be moved. The second room was not clean. I had housekeeping change the bed sheets as there were stains (some looked like blood). The room was clearly not cleaned, as there was also a black sock under one bed and a cowboy hat under the other. The bed was extremely low to the floor and severely uncomfortable. When staff came to change the sheets, she was curious as to why the beds were so low. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was so helpful and nice. The hotel was extremely close to the At&t stadium. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

They only had 1 elevator and it was at the end of one hall. You had to walk far from the elevator to our room.

Location and cleanliness was great.

The location to the Globe Life Field and AT&T was awesome!! Extremely convenient.

The ;front desk staff were not of the friendly nature. We were told the trolley would be at 1:30 and 2:15; at 1:40 I asked where the trolley was and with not a pleasant tone was told it was 1:45, not 1:30. We ended up taking our own vehicle to the game, leaving the site at 1:50 and the trolley was still not there. A little pleasantness goes a long way.
