Everything was beautiful and the staff were friendly!

1) Pool needed cleaning or at least net handy. 2) Restrooms left no privacy… we shouldn’t be able to hear, smell or see any of your business through large crack.

There was an accidental booking made by me on my phone for a wrong date. Unfortunately a third party was involved being Booking.com. You guys cancelled the wrong booking & thankfully didn’t charge me the cancellation fee, recognizing the mistake. But Booking.com still has not refunded me & keep giving me the run around. Booking. Com says they have emailed you guys multiple time to both of there secured emails that they have for you but no one will answer them back giving them the verification that they say they need ? Booking.com has also called the front desk while I was on the other line and are unable to get someone that can send the information to them to verify the refund. Kathleen Dickinson, a manager there at Arlington Lofts has been helping me and has stated that she will call back & keep me informed but hasn’t?

The hallways were incredibly dark.

Katie and Jade were excellent at checkin. It was Thanksgiving Day and they were very friendly and helpful.

ACCOMODATINS WERE NOT UP TO PAR FOR THE PRICE, LOCATION WAS THE MAIN PERK BUT THE ROOM AND AMMENITIES WERE LACKING. WIFI WAS AWFUL AND NO PRIVATE AREAS IN ROOM EXCEPT TOILET AND SHOWER...WHEN THE DOOR ACTUALLY CLOSED ALL THE WAY. ALSO, NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR OUR 2 NIGHT STAY WHICH WAS ALSO A SHOCK CONSIDERING THE PRICE
