we use to stay here alot before , now with new management alot of things have changed , they are loosing the main thing that brought us here the first time the quality of hotel , they are loosing the quality and raising the rates. disappointed .

HORRIBLE PROPERTY

Power was off and could not stay. Property is refusing to refund me. Horrible Experience !! Been trying for weeks and still have not gotten my refund.

the door didn’t work for my room, and nor did tv work

The hotel was in a good area with a mall and several food options nearby, it was clean and the staff was nice.

My only issue was the handle on the entry door was damaged i had to try at least 3 times before the door would open.

check in is at 3pm but we didn’t get a room til 8pm

Icy the receptionist. she was so nice kind and understanding

none of the outlets in the bathroom or half the bedroom worked. and the lights in between the bed didn’t work.

My card being hacked and attempted to charge $2,000 by the 2 gentlemen who took down my card info at check in around 2 am.

Breakfast was ok. Staff during our check in was very helpful & nice.

Floor was not clean. there was a wad of hair in the bathroom. The hallway smelled awful.
