Our Apple earbuds were stolen from our room. They were tracked on our phone, so we know the precise time they were taken, and the incident happened while we were out and housekeeping was cleaning the room. Management took our information, but, we never heard from them again regarding follow up.

The room was good, everything about the hotel was good as far as the room. I had other issues though...

They royally, and I mean mega-royally, screwed up my billing. I paid through booking, then managed to get charged two more times by the hotel by accident. They did fix it and refund my money, but the refunds took several days and kind of put me in a bit of a bind financially. Even though they did fix it, I felt like they could have done more, such as future room discounts or something like that. I'll probably not be staying here again, just to save myself the extra hardship in the future.

The beds were super comfortable. Front staff was friendly. We’ve stayed here multiple times to visit family and will definitely return.

Location was close to what we needed.

The hotel didn't have a pool as advertised. I specifically went to the hotel for my kids to enjoy the pool. They only clean the room after 3 days. 3rd rate facility and false advertising.

There were no Kleenex, soap, cups, etc. in the bathroom, only the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in shower area. I had to put the bath rug in the bathtub because it was so slippery. Towels were limited to 2 per size.

I did not have breakfast at your hotel as I was told at the desk the meal was extra.
