Rooms very clean

Pool was very cold. Front desk needs help when more than 5 people in line took over a hour to get checked in…..

The beds were very comfortable

We had no bath towels at all, or coffee cups, creamer or sugar either. When I called for towels, after 45 minutes, I get a call from the desk that they could not knock on our door because we had the do not disturb sign out. My son must have put it out, but when I called the desk, you would think they would tell me that is hotel policy. Anyway, we missed breakfast because we had no towels to shower with. Very disappointing!!

They had a indoor pool which is a plus in my book! It was easy check it and contactless check out. Room was clean only negative was the AC unit was being worked on during our stay.

we already paid by booking.com but at probably they ask to give card for security deposit. when we gave card, we realised that they have deducted deposit as well rent which we have already paid. when we asked them again then they said see me in next morning. when we go next morning, manager said that was new employee and doesn’t know about that, never give receipts for the payment they deducted and keep saying payment will be refunded. waiting for getting my money back.

Nice and clean room. Great location- quick drive to major stores and many eating options. The staff was quick and accommodating. The refreshments offered were nice and had quick grab options

Our mirror was falling off the wall and we needed to request more towels twice before getting them.

I was in Raleigh for a work event at the state fairgrounds. The location was perfect The room was clean and very comfortable. Overall the room was a great value

Room needed work! Like a handyman type, faucet on the sink was loose, as was the toilet seat. Shower, most the water went down the tub drain and very little to the shower head. Tub tile was moldy!

The two people work the front made a mistake they gave me a room that someone was already was in there and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to figure something out to get me a room and I drove nine hours to Raleigh North Carolina.
