Room was spacious but poorly designed. Breakfast was above average. Staff ( Serena) was extremely helpful.

The safety bar in the bathtub is installed at the wrong end of the tub. It’s useless and creates a dangerous situation for us seniors getting in and out of the tub. The TV in the bedroom is so large it blocks the entrance area to the bathroom. The floor at bottom of the bathtub is moldy. There’s only one chair in the suite. Wish there was a coffee bar after the breakfast area is closed but did love the snack area.

The front desk staff did not seem competent or friendly when checking in and out.

Everything was amazing the room was beautiful and my view was amazing my youngest child loved the view of the Ashley river and all the boats.

Location was great. Easy access to downtown charleston, and other areas. Rooms were spacious and the couch in the sweet was big and comfy for my teen that did not want to share with her younger sibling.

Pillows were a bit small for the bed and some things needed repair like a light switch that was coming off the wall so it was crooked. The tvs would sometimes randomly turn off.

Everything was great.

The view of the yachts/marina, proximity to California Dreaming, and the staff.

Some elements of the finishings were banged up or looking worn.

wish breakfast ran a little later, rooms just a touch narrow, feared my 3 year old would bump the tv

Location was good with quick access to downtown Charleston. The staff was cheerful and did a great job maintaining a very busy property. Fitness room was well equipped.

There seemed to be a problem with supplies in the breakfast room. They kept running out of things. The wifi was a little on the slow side, so the hotel needs to up its bandwidth.

Breakfast was hot and ready at the start time of 6:30am, with various items to choose from. The room was clean and in order.

The room was a handicapped accessible room which I did not request. That was the only down part of the trip. : (

Had to carry luggage up stairs because the elevator wouldn’t go to the 4th floor. Elevators stayed messed up our entire stay. Not sure what they mop in but it’s like your tennis shoes stick to the floor. Very few electrical outlets

Absolutely LOVED the location of this hotel. It was the perfect view of the port area. Breakfast was great. Room was a great view for 4th of July fireworks show.

Can't say there was anything we didn't like.

Not much. Tiny balcony, no chairs. No place to walk. Far from town. No housekeeping for 3 days. Hotel seemed tired. Needs work. Front desk lady was nice. Day of hurricane, everybody had to stay in, Hotel did nothing to accommodate guests that day. No drinks or tidbits of food to help people. Could have opened kitchen for guests but did not. Had to drive everywhere. Would not stay there again. Very unhappy with stay.

Needed work. Not a great location. Drive everywhere. Not near town. Breakfast decent but not overwhelming. Had to get our towels and all accessories for our complete stay. did not see a housekeeper. No chairs on very small balcony.

Ease of checking in and the weekend lady that checked us in the was great and very informative.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a modern, clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the location was perfect. Close to downtown and Folly Beach.

Nothing major at all. They did run out of pool towels in the evening, so I had to go to the front desk (wet) to get towels. They were out but did give me bath towels. The beds are a little firm for my liking. But frankly, this is nit-picking, and we intend to stay there again.

Very friendly staff

The cleanliness of the bathroom. The hot breakfast wasn’t good but basic toast and stuff was fine. For the high prize it didn’t match.
