There was issues with the room and when I explained them to the person at the lobby come to find out he was the manager he treated us with such respect and friendliness and he actually cared for us that the problem disappeared instantly, sorry I don’t remember his name but he’s manager on Sundays

There’s no parking, so people please use their valet because I got ticketed by the city of Tampa and I was more expensive in the end

Parking , should have in the daily parking valet to expensive 40.00 for over night should include tips since you pay that much

The location was perfect

My room smelled like wet mildew I even purchased for breeze and it still didn’t take away the smell in the hours for breakfast should at least be to 12… One of the cashiers I did not get her name was really really rude in reference to having me staying there for about five minutes 9:55 then telling me she’s closed and turning the lights off and walking away.

The location is convenient to the port.

Our room was by the pool where they blasted loud music ALL NIGHT LONG. The rooms are poorly insulated; we could also hear street noise all night.

Loved how close it was to everything and the self parking directly across the street.

I called ahead to let them know I was looking at a midnight check-in and was traveling with my kids, so I wanted to have a crib and room set aside. When I checked in, I was sent to room 227, which was already occupied with someone in the room. The front desk had to go investigate and swore no one should have been in the room. It was scary. After waiting for the investigation, we were assigned another room 211 right by the elevators, so my Littles woke with the early risers who were starting their day and using the elevator. I couldn't hardly sleep, afraid someone would come walking in the room. I have never been in this challenging position while traveling and definitely feel that this location didn't meet the Courtyard brand recognition that I would expect. After my work event, a Habitat build, I returned, packed my belongings, and checked out early.

Really friendly staff, clean place, comfy bed and good facilities. Great location for us, highly recommend. We even got an upgrade as it was our honeymoon which they didn’t have to do but their service was second to none!
