Centrally located for my needs. Between Auburndale and Plant City.

No drain stopper for bathtub. Breakfast was mid.

The room smell ugly, the floor was sticky, the confort bed and the sheets were yellow and old. My daughter get a rash as soon she was in bed. A lot of sound outside the room and the A/C was constantly turning off and on. I really have bad experience. I’m waiting a response from the manager, I supposed to stay 2 nights and I only stay one so I want my money back for one night.

Easy access from the highway

Overcharged and when I pointed this out the hotel staff said it was booking.com fault. Have now received refund from hotel, but would have been so much easier if they had billed me the correct rate to start with.

The main tv was not working in our room, and the washer and dryer was out again.

The hotel was nice, the front desk person was great, they were working off a new system however it went smooth.

There was guys yelling in the halls nightly, slamming doors, I could actually hear the people on the 2nd floor walking around, the bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been, I always bleach rooms before using anything, the floors were dirty.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly.Front desk staff was willing to help in any way possible. We used dining area when we needed to serve children, they never complained but gave us the ok to use area.

Breakfast meal, staff was not available.

The room was spacious

Breakfast ended early (9:00 am), but it was okay. Pancakes or Waffles would have made it perfect. The pool was small and closed early.

Looking at the surrounding area pulling into the parking lot, I was hoping for the best and entering the the hotel lobby I was quite impressed. It's small and dainty. I love the ambience of the lobby area which was not only clean but smelled fresh and clean. This was a plus. The rooms were equally clean. Bed is kind of high for short people but overall very comfortable.

The aesthetics of the outside could be a little more attractive and match the energy of the inside of your hotel. It also seems in the short time I was there, it seems you may have a problem with unsavory solicitors hanging around the outside. It was a young white female and it seems she was on some type of drugs as she looked spaced out, talking to herself and asking for a cigarette and to use people's cell phone. This was a little unsettling to experience. One other thing I was not happy with was the SHOWER CURTAIN in the bathroom. This need to be arranged where its not interfering with a customer's shower or just change the type of shower curtain in the bathroom. . It's way to close into the tub area and tends to stick to you when showering. this was both very annoying and frustrating trying to wash up and keep a cold wet shower curtain off of you. :-(

Fast check in process.

First the bad smell, also the room look like it needed to look better for the price, the decor looked unpleasant, old furniture was in bad shape, the jetted tub did not even work. But the worst part we went at 9:40 am to get breakfast it was already closed. Very disappointed, never again. DaysInn out of our list!

This place was very clean beds were very comfortable staff was very very nice I can't say anything bad about this place I used to stay at the Baymont inn and that place has gone to heck It's terrible over there please don't stay over there I stayed over there for years and now it's a dump with strange people roaming around night and day it was very uncomfortable there It's very dirty over there come stay here at the Days inn and you will totally enjoy your stay

The only thing I could really say was that they need to clean the exhaust fans in the bathroom other than that having a cleaning company myself I thought the cleaning was great It was clean you had things you wanted they even had pool towels the pool was beautiful not over chlorinated fun to swim in

Staff was nice. Location was fine. Room was OK. Furnishings were good. Breakfast was timely.

I could hear the neighbors through the wall. And I was unable to sleep the first night. The breakfast was mediocre. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

After previously staying at Hilton Gardens Inn, I was pleased with the Professionalism of the Front Desk and also the Cleaning Staff. Hilton refused to empty the trash or even straighten up my room but I never had to ask Days Inn once! The place is cleaner and so much better run than Hilton. Breakfast is FREE and quite sufficient.
