The staff was pleasant. They have a lot to keep up with and I hope they get by this bump in the road.

The bugs (ants) where crawling on our bed and curtains. There was one chair with a broken arm, and a chair to read was not available in this room. The included breakfast turned out to be a bag breakfast. The kitchen was out service, renovation was the claim. This location is in need of renovation.

We had a very nice room .close to grass area for dogs .very quite. Would stay again .

I liked absolutely nothing about the property. The gentleman at the front was friendly, and respectful when I came down to the front 30 minutes after checking in to request a refund and cancel our stay.

Outdated is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I am almost certain there’s a health issue coming soon from the lingering smell of mold or mildew. As soon as I got off of the elevators it was hard to breath, and getting in the room I’m sure I developed asthma. Within 30 minutes my daughter started coughing and we packed it up.

The location, and the pool was nice

There was no breakfast and the room smelled bad, the AC didn't work very well I had to go get a fan. And the beds were not comfortable. I was highly disappointed

the property is under constant construction from what I understand, the floors in the rooms were sticky I did not walk barefoot in my room, the first room the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t want to move me till I pushed the issue, then they finally moved me. Then my last night I woke up to the air conditioner making a horrible clanging sound at 2:30am and I had to shut it off to get it to stop. The lady my first night at the counter was rude. When I told someone who lives in the area about my stay they laughed and said that hotel has been this way for years!

I loved the bed very comfortable, I also like how the house keeping service was great. They came and fix up and clean up the room the next day. The Front Desk very helpful.

HVAC was a little tricky but acceptable.

The facility wasn’t clean enough for me, the exterior was worn down, the carpet had a unfamiliar odor, the hallways were dim, didn’t have extra regular towels available , one of the doors by the pool didn’t work when using key to enter back in building, the beds were super uncomfortable.

I LOVE the location! I love the price for the location. The for the most part are always nice yet on occasion you can tell when someone is having a bad day or hates their job.

I have stayed at this location MANY yrs when it was Ramada Inn. This stay was least enjoyable. The room smelled musky. I was charged a separate disinfectant/cleaning fee from my bill, which, was done through booking.com. how is this legal?

The place looks run down and old. Our room smelled like mildew. The AC was not properly working. Had it at 50 degrees and we were still hot. Staff at front desk was not friendly! Not even a smile.

the only good thing about the hotel was the location, it was only a few mins away from the reason we were there.

the AC barely worked, it didn’t cool off until the morning we were leaving. I had to call twice to get someone to come look at it because no one came the first time then I was forgotten about while I was on hold, I heard the lady talking to other people and checking people in until she realized she forgot me on the phone. the maintenance guy did nothing but try to prove me wrong and trying to explain to me while we were hot. the blow dryer smelled like it was going to catch on fire. there was an iron that would have came in handy but no board to use it on and there were stains on the carpet from people who used it on the floor. the bathroom shelf was hung very crooked like people just didn’t care about their job, the mirror had these weird stains/marks on it. there were a lot of spots on the walls and ceiling that looked like mold/water damage and pieces of the wall/ceiling were coming off. the refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should have been. the room overall was just not worth the rate, not even for one night.
