Cleam room plenty of towels excellent staff breakfast was delicious 😋 clean inside and out

It’s quiet and a lot of food near by.

It’s old and my room was definitely not cleaned properly or vacuumed. The breakfast was not good.

The location was perfect I was close to my relatives home.

I could hear the people in the next room.

Staff, Breakfast, bed, coffee, refrigerator, shower stall, towels, view, front entrance (welcoming nice), pool and pool area - Liked all of this

carpets not clean, dirty looking in the hall and in the rooms - toilet seat was missing one bolt to keep seat on - contacted the front desk when we arrived they stated they would get it fixed, but it was not while we were there - air conditioner squealed every time it came on, to the point where we would turn the tv up and would hear it come on during the night each time - it was room 406 if you could fix it then the next time we attend meetings we will consider Laquita East again

The location was ok and close to the highway and the Detroit Tigers Spring Training Facility. There are 2 La Quinta's very close so it is confusing. Both are dated, dirty, and really disappointing. There was not a working remote for the TV. The sofa in the room was filthy. For the $166 the room cost for one night - just no words.

No remote for the TV. The carpet, furniture and walls and doors were really dirty and old.
