There was not a suitcase holding rack

Front desk personnel was very polite. The locacation was near to our event location. The place was maintain very clean.
I didn't see any sort of slice bread though they did have bagels. other than that I didnt find anything else that Ididnt like.

I hink i arrived around 930 pm. When I did arrive, bj or what his name was told me, I do know he's a service dog (I do have a service dog which is approve by ada), but we really don't allow dogs, just to let you know. I'm not saying anything, but I'm letting you know. Then I told him, well, you are saying something. I need my puppy and he made me feel very uncomfortable!!! My anxiety went through the roof. Not knowing if I'm able to stay or not, was horrible. This was a very bad experience!!!!
Also, I was charged an extra fee which he couldn't tell me what it was for. He was too busy talking to someone about football and smoking

They charged me for rooms I didn't have, and didn't want to try and fix it, and some of the staff was so rude, especially the guy who was working the front desk, I had to get my bank involved

I didn’t like that renovation we’re taking place during my stay. I couldn’t get on the exercise equipment because the equipment was not plugged up. THE rooms didn’t have enough accessible plugs for electronics.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly, our room was clean, really like that we could open the window and being on the 3rd floor we were able to sleep with the window open. Ample parking and location was close to everything
Didn't know there was construction going on, no trashcan in bathroom, TV very few selections. We used the towels on first night we were there, we didn't have room services but we asking the housekeeper who was across the hall for more towels the next day she said go the front desk every though we were giving her the old towels.

Coffee was great. Power went out because of transformer accident and beyond the control of the Motel.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and friendly. My husband and I were here for a funeral, staff was helpful.
Needs new beds, more comfortable bedding. Room felt small but it was clean.
