Front desk very nice… room very dirty there was hairs all over the bathroom, smell horrible, spider webs all over, shower dirty i would not stay in the hotel ever again….

This the third room that I was moved to and it was not clear. Other people that stayed in the room left stuff and it was not clear when we moved in it. All three rooms was dirty and I will not be staying in them anymore when I come back to Ga. Dog hair everywhere in room, fleas or fruit flies all on dresser my family went crazy this is under called for a hotel to be this dirty and paying for to stay in.😡😡😡

The bed was terrible. May as well have been sleeping on a fold out sofa type frame. Very poor mattress and support.
Lastly, the toilet hold down bolts have loosened permitting for the toilet to “rock” when being used.

Although staff was helpful and warm and welcoming when I requested to change rooms because the first one smelt horrible, the next room just was not cleaned either.. the pee around the toilet rim, was disgusting for me. I literally only had 6hrs to be there and I wouldn't have styed any longer, and if I didnt drive 3 hrs and arrive past midnight I would have not been there those 6hrs.

The room was nice but small and the pillows were tooooi soft and we have enough of them. The breakfast SUCKED because it all came from the frig (nothing cooked fresh) and the TINY cups of coffee was ridiculous

The room could have been a little cleaner, the grout around the commode was dirty as well as the gout in the floor tiles. Water stains onthe knobs in the shower led me to believe that they weren't wiped down . The exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom and looked to be clogged with dust.

While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were scant and scarce, the shower stream was weak and the ac was very loud and squeaky. The chair in the room was filthy. I expected a lot more for $120

The staff was very helpful. When I typed our special needs, explaining my husband rides a handicap scooter into the hotel room, the desk greeter called me to find out the width of the scooter to make sure it would work in their accessible room. Then she had the room passage to the spacious handicap bathroom measured. We found this personal concern exceptional.
Check in was smooth and a request of extra towels was immediately provided.
Our only wish was more available outlets for charging phones and scooter battery.

The staff was great. In all honesty, this place probably isn't bad for a one night stay. I think I'm just used to staying at the Hampton Inn in Albany that this place was just too far of a drop off for me. I travel for school and I had no business staying in a motel because it makes me nervous. However, i did it to try and save. Overall, it was clean, the towels scratchy, and sheets thin but I'd recommend it for guys traveling or a couple that wants to get a reasonably priced room for a rendezvous.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Baymont. What I really found accommodating is how the establishment facilitated my needs to bring my pet with me. The receptionist arranged for me to be on the bottom floor so I wouldn't have to walk my dog upstairs. That really meant a lot. The only issue I had was the shower floor was a bit dirty. It could have been made clean with a little more elbow grease using a scrubber. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay and I would definitely come back for another.

Beds in rooms were small and uncomfortable. Moved the chair in the room and there was dirt and an old sock underneath. The room obviously had not been thoroughly cleaned.

No frills place to sleep. The check-in was kind of quirky in that you stand at a window outside, which feels weird at night. The reception person was professional and nice. Nothing bad to say about the room except the shower gel bottle was empty and the TP roll was almost empty and no replacement in the room - which are things you don't realize until there's no going back. Otherwise, it felt clean, looked like it had been remodeled, except in the bathroom and the doors. If I needed a quick place to stop over for a night I might stay again.

Our mini fridge did not work at all. Temp in fridge felt like it wasn’t plugged in (but it was). Water pressure in sink wasn’t strong and toilet was loose so it made a lot of noise when you stood up after using it. We were only here overnight so it didn’t cause any major issues, more inconvenience.

We got the king bed, room 109. The bathroom had enough room to sit on the toilet. Nothing more. The tub was aged. The wall corner was dirty/aged, and I walked into the protruding metal bed frame (on all sides). Could hear people walking above, like most places. The freezer worked. Overall, not bad for the price but nothing fancy.

This property doesn't offer an abundance of frills and unnecessary perks....but it can definitely be counted upon for offering clean and safe overnight stays. What separates it from others is the quality and genuine care from the staff as well as a dependable, clean and safe waystation during your travels.
