Floor were not clean roaches and smelled like smoke and marijanna

The location was good.

When I arrived there was a German cockroach in the cupboard and the room was dirty. There was dried food and dirt on the counter, stove and refrigerator. The bathroom was dirty as well. I asked for a different room and saw one that was even worse so I had to take the first one. I was told by the young lady at the desk that she would put in an order and Orkin would come the next morning. I waited and THAT did not happen. I bought cleaning supplies and spent a long time cleaning this room. I saw many more roaches. Every time I tried to go to the office about this, always during the posted hours of operation, it was locked. When I woke up Monday morning with a roach on the bed I had had enough. I went to the office and finally got in. I said I wanted to check out. I explained that I was informed that since I booked with Booking.com I could check out early and get the rest of my proposed stay refunded. The woman at the desk immediately became rude and said I could not. I told her I could not deal with all the cockroaches, especially when I saw one on the bed when I woke up. She said, " I can't give you a refund because you saw a few roaches." She also argued that she was not informed of them and that I should have come to her. I told her about what I was told when I checked in and she said there is no record of that. I asked her for the phone number for corporate and she said there isn't one. I said that surely there is a way to contact the corporate office to discuss this and she said to go to the website. I paid $634.58 for this stay and she refunded me $309.79. I only stayed 3 nights. I believe I should receive a refund for all the nights I did not stay. I will be contacting corporate through the website to inquire about this ordeal. This facility was absolutely filthy with many cockroaches infesting it. There are broken things left unfixed that are disgusting.

Manager needs more effort to services. I'm pay to services to room and we hove to change basic items as towels, etc.

the floor was so dirty it was sticky and black. If I walked on it without shoes my feet would be black in seconds. probably hasn’t been cleaned since it was built.

The beds are super uncomfortable I mean horrible. Our room didn't come with a trash can at all and we stayed 2 weeks. Housekeeping never came to our room nor did they ask if we needed anything. They AC units smell horrible we barely want to use it and it was a newly remodeled room.
