Convenient

The rooms were a good size for our group. The kitchenette in the room helped with storing drinks and snacks, especially for those who did not attend classes and stay at the hotel during the day. There was one larger bathroom and one smaller so that also was very helpful with getting a group ready to go each morning.

The outside of the hotel and walk ways was in very bad disrepair. The whole building needs an good outside cleaning and paint job. It looks very run down on the outside but the rooms were good.

Not one thing was nice about this place an absolute dump and ruined our trip.

Upon arriving the outside of the property was in disrepair. The wood on the outside was rotten, small trees growing off the gutters and off the balconies. There was lawn chairs sitting on balconies and trash everywhere . Screen doors were ripped off the patio entrances and just sitting to the side. I booked this 2 bedroom suite over 4 months ago for a special educational recognition conference for my daughter. Upon arrival we find out the pool and hot tub was shut down after paying a full rate and do discount was offered. We were never notified in advance by the property to have an opportunity to cancel and try to find another location. When I inquired about this she just stared at me and offered nothing. We paid over 1200.00 for 4 nights in an absolute dump. Upon entering the room it smelled of old food and body odor! The door frame to room 725 was busted and you could see the whole outside from the inside. The inside of the fridge was sticky and the microwave had food splattered all over it. There were fresh white stains all over the couch and we would not sit anywhere other than the beds. The walls were absolutely full of dirt and black and brown handprints everywhere. Bugs were also all over the room. There appeared to be mud and shit splattered all over the bathroom walls as well. The two sliding doors that close off the 2nd bedroom to the living room did not operate either. The carpets had not been cleaned and food debris were everywhere. Arriving at 8:00 at night in a town already booked up for a special conference we’re we’re stuck in this hell hole. A moment for my daughters academic achievement was ruined. I will be filling a formal complaint with Marriott and they should make a visit to this property and pull any affiliation with it. What an embarrassment to the Marriott family!

Most of the rooms are not attached/ housed within one block building like typical hotels but instead are like separate apartments. So you have to walk outdoors - sometimes in the cold & rain - to get to the breakfast area.

With the exception of bad WiFi the stay was very good.

The breakfast was awesome! Thank you to Judy who was excellent keeping the breakfast bar clean and stocked and with a smile on her face. She was always extremely helpful.

Toilet leaked and the laundry room smelled like mold (in the washers)

I love the basketball court, pool and hot tub and how spacious and comfortable the rooms and beds are
