They are a non responsive property. Will not allow any kind of date change, cancellation (even 3 weeks away) or communication about said requests. Very unprofessional. 0/10 do not recommend.

I was not given the room I reserved and was downgraded. And still charged for the same amount.

I stay here yearly as it is convenient to the Annual event I travel to Columbus for.
Have stayed here many times. However, this time reservation was changed without my authority. Room was not booked reservation but we made it work.

Overpriced drinks and snacks!!!! No coffee in lobby in morning, no water in containers in lobby. We returned from walking to event only to be gouged in the lobby for something to drink!!

Air conditioner did not work well the elevator malfunctioned and scared everyone in the car.

The Location was perfect for July 4th festivities. Room and hotels were very clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about area. We even got to check in a little early.
No on-site parking. Also their in house kitchen wasn't always open. They had certain hours only of operasion.

The property itself was fine. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Clean room.
They put 2 holds on my debit card for $1,000 each. And when I brought it up the desk gal just said “one will fall off”. Well it hasn’t yet and it tied up an extra $1,000 of my money that I could not access during my vacation. Crossing my fingers that one of the charges goes back into my account.

Loved the room layout wi th the lunge chair and desk and was clean and quiet on the 3rd floor.

Very comfortable bed. Big rooms. Pretty nice hotel overall.
Parking in this city is mad. The hotel rate does not include parking but they offer it at a slightly less exorbitant rate than the nearby garages, so it is a bonus...

The room was clean and staff what's friendly
There was no on site parking!!! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable!!! The toilet was stopped up!!!!!!

All the staff was wounderfuly nice. Let me know about the parking lot next door how it was for only 10hrs and to make sure I added more time before I went to bed so I didn't get a ticket! My kids also really enjoyed how pleasant they was.

tried to check in a little bit after 4 and the room still wasn’t ready. also housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9:40am to clean and did it another 2 times before 12 which is check out. we even had to sign on the door.

You shouldn’t have to pay $35 per night for your car if you’re staying in the hotel.

Close to Arena so we could walk to concert.
Our room was 134 & the chlorine odors from the pool were very strong. Pool needs better ventilation.
