Breakfast was very good and the staff was excellent

I did not have a chance to have breakfast since I had an early flight and they did not put breakfast out early.

I called the front desk and asked for a wake up call due to my late arrival and early departure, I never got the call.

The front desk staff for check in and check out were great!

I wasn't told in advance that the pool would be closed, and that the fitness area would be closed. However I was told pay to park wasn't an available but yet was offered to the two people in front of me checking in. I wanted to use that service but was told I couldn't so I paid almost double to park at the parking spot. So everything I wanted from your facility wasn't provided

The airport shuttle option is nice, but was full. I didn't know there was a parking option for the hotel to leave your car for the duration instead of paying airport parking

No frills place to sleep. Not much for recreation, good location for airport. Pretty sure I left my hair flat iron there, but when I called, it was not found.

I think when a guest leaves something in the room, there is no getting it back.

Easy check in, even though we arrived at MN. Some breakfast items available even at 6 a.m. when we left...yogurt, oatmeal and fixings, coffee. Iron and board in room.
