the room was good with everything needed for one night.. good value for the money

the room looked clean but we found 3 cockroaches in the toilet

Reception was friendly and upgraded our room. Cushy fluffy pillows.

You don't get daily towels unless you go to the ofc and get them (I wasn't told this upon registering,). Upon arriving at our room the frig had leaked a large puddle which I used most of the towels to clean. Maintenance was good at mopping afterward but didn't replace my towels. At check-out I ask for a credit on the room for the initial mess but was turned down becuz I was given an upgrade before-hand. Otherwise...I thought that was rude.

I Iove the way they make you feel like family. The owner really has high standards, for this hotel. They all give you the excellent service, anyone would love to have.

There is nothing, that, I can think of....really!

bed were nice very clean

needed more comfortable chairs maybe a paper guide for tv and a map for ice the phone kept going off but other then that it was nice

The hotel is in a convenient location. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and that there was plenty of parking space. I really liked that the staff checked in on us the first night to make sure all is well.

our room was at the very end and we checked in late, like 10pm. the room smells like either sb smoked inside or it has not been opened for a while. we had to open the door and the window to get some fresh air. however our friends said their rooms are good.

Bed was comfortable. Room was decent sized

Walls are paper thin. Our neighbors were up partying until 5 am and we could hear everything and then some.

We came for the Jazz Festival, so it was very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean.

We had the front room closest to the street. The traffic noise (cars, planes) was quite loud. I kept thinking we might have left a window open, but we didn't. To pay as much money as we did to have so much traffic noise coming through was disappointing.

Nice room, frienldy staff.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was long hair everywhere. Another minus is the proximity to the airport.
