Staff is available and helpful for any questions. They are at front desk ready to greet and assist in anything possible.
Rooms were updated but the bathrooms did not get an update.

The hotel and staff were exceptional! I have no complaints.
I didn't like that it rained the whole time I was there, but nothing the hotel could've done. :)

Bathrooms liking, engine inside the bedroom very noise, balcony with glasses that allow all the tragic noise, shower glowing . Too much noise from the trafic.
I’ll never recommend this hotel, too much money for very bad hotel rooms.
The people that work there try to do the best but, the hotel is poor.

What I did not like was the noise both location on a x roads and the air con and fridge was over the top especially for the price of the hotel compared to what I pay for 6 stars in Asia.

The location was great…right next
To Riverwalk and plenty of places to eat withIn walking distance. Outside area was in need of repair. Would have been a nice place to sit on a cool evening with fire pit but they couldn’t get it working. Breakfast was grab and go with not a lot of variety

the place was in walking distance
we were with 4 adults, the room was ready for 2 persons. no extra towels, the bedlinnen, pilliws erc were not at the room. we had to take them ourselves. breakfast was poor, bread was old. coffe was cold. for the price we paid we expected more

Facilities were great for the family especially the basket-ball court, the pool and even the lobby games! Room was big, clean and well equiped. Staff very nice and always here to help! And location is great, close to restaurants, museums, boardwalk.
It would have been perfect with a pool a bit warmer ;-)

Location and size of the room.
Lack of in room amenities, either the room wasn’t ready or they forgot to stock the essentials. The gentlemen behind the desk were very courteous and nice overall.

I like having two bedrooms/2 bathrooms as we travel with our 17 year old son. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We weren't able to use the pool on the Friday of our stay due to maintenance.
The breakfast included in room rate was not of value. We walked down the road to a breakfast place.
The downtown area had a lot of racing car noise. It was as if The Fast and the Furious was filming on N Tampa St.
