The staff was friendly
It was dirty. There were cigarette buts lying around. The property in general looked really run down. I was grateful that I did not have to spend much time there, literally just slept and left.

I disliked a lot. To start off with the curtains in our room had blood stains. In my sons room the curtains where rip like a cat had attack them. Not to mention the floor was sticky nasty. In our room the toilet did not flush either. I had to change room to a smaller room for almost the same cost. Which it didn’t matter either as the room was not in a great shape either. Would not b going back or be recommending to no one else. Worse hotel stay I’ve ever stayed at. Literally at trap house.

Location fine. Didn't eat breakfast. Bed was reasonably comfortable . Didn't try the tv.
Supposedly clean towels included one filthy, unusable face cloth. Bathroom floor had debris and so did the outside area around the door. Shabby furniture, had to use shower chair as a nightstand. Not enough outlets for handicap room

This was the most unprofessional, disgusting, dirtiest hotel I have ever been at. The floor was sticky, it was extremely outdated and the hot tub was gross. When I checked into the hotel my room was not cleaned and I waited over an hour for it to be cleaned by the front desk receptionist. She continued to go on about how the housekeeper didn’t come in today. After my husband and I get into our hot tub room, the sheets on the bed were visibly disgusting. We called to get them changed and the first thing the guy said to my husband is “ here’s the sheets but I don’t change beds man.” So as I am changing the sheets, they barely even fit. At this point I’m done with this place and I want a refund. At first when I called the woman at the front desk she stated that the manager is not here and we don’t like to Bug her after she leaves. I explained this is an emergency and she needs to get in contact with her manager asap.
She finally says call booking.com and have them call us so we can refund you. I’m Day ok whatever and proceed to my room to gather our things. My husband takes photos just in case and thank god he did because I left my jewelry bag in the bedroom on the side table by the lamp. I call in the morning of 3/12 and the woman at the front desk states she is going to have her housekeeper see if she sees it and to call back. I call back and Melissa says she didn’t see it, I explain where it was left and Melissa states “you should’ve took your property with you when you left.” And she hangs up the phone on me.
So the Canton police meet my husband and I up there and we go straight to the front desk. The woman Melissa (she has three teeth in her mouth on the bottom left side) begins to be disrespectful to the police and myself and over talking us. One of the housekeepers come and says when she checked the room for my bag when I called earlier, the room was clean and it was a bag of ice in the freezer. When we left that room it was sheets blankets on the floor

We arrived the suite we paid for was still dirty from the last guest. We got a new room. In the morning the house keeper lightly knocked then immediately let her self into my room it was 10 am checkout is noon.

Absolutely a terribly facility.
We got a jacuzzi room for one night, upon arrival we realized for obvious reasons that this was not the nicest place in town. Hole in the wall, mold, peeling wall paper, cleaning products just left in the cupboard (not even childproof locked), dust, etc. Despite these things we decided to just stick to the room because we knew we wouldn’t be spending a lot of time in the room anyways and we wanted to hurry up and get to the stores, to dinner etc. We enjoyed our evening then we arrived back to the room late. I laid in the bed (which I had looked over quickly in the pillow area for any hairs, bugs etc.) and then laid down and started watching tv when I realized the side of my underwear were becoming wet. We quickly realized that I had laid in a puddle of urine that was on the top sheet of the bed. We are understanding people but were and are completely disgusted. I tried having a conversation with the manager, Tim but he was totally rude. He didn’t even apologize for what had happened but instead was sure to state that it was of no responsibility of the motel itself because he personally had checked over the housekeepers work. What a joke.
I had to work with booking.com to try and get a refund but the hotel denied it saying that we actually had caused the “damage to the bed”. Even after showing proof of us HAVING TO purchasing another hotel across town that night (because who would stay in this bed?!) we were denied a refund. Absolutely disgusted. Zero care for customers as well as zero care for the actual building.
It’s sad that what could be a decent place is being managed so poorly. I wouldn’t even recommend staying here as a last resort, you are surely better off sleeping in your car.

An absolute embarrassment of an establishment. The lobby and our room smelled of body odor and mildew. The staff was pretty rude. The elevator was broken. Our room was disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Dust all over the furniture. Trash left throughout room including an old medical wristband. Immediately told the staff we weren’t staying there and wanted our money back. I was told there is absolutely no refunds and I could only get my security deposit back. They did not have a manager available to meet with or even speak to on the phone. I will be calling corporate.
