We didnt get the room that we had paid for and got charged twice by booking.com and the hotel.

Pool was not open and shuttle to the airport was not available. Free shuttle was a major selling point. The fact that from the staff it was never an option makes the listing very disappointing

The room was comfortable and on the whole clean

The pool was out of service and looked absolutely filthy. We asked for the room to be cleaned every other day, but was only cleaned once. Also, there was bleach (or something similar) on the bed sheet on our first night.

literally a group of prostitutes and their “boss” on our floor. we reported them to the front desk, and they could’ve cared less.

When i made the reservation last week i reserved a queen with a pullout sofa. When i arrived the manager said my reservation was for a king, no pullout. He wanted to charge me $265 to upgrade. We told him of the error by bookings.com, but would not change the room. We had to make it work. I am not happy about this. I was very careful about making this reservation. Bookings made this error.
