Fantastic 2 nights, quite and spacious room, great breakfast, and staff was very friendly.

The experience was ruined by the neglect and difficulty.

I waited 2 hours for staff to return to the front desk and finally got in touch with someone at 2:45 AM Because they left the property.. I was put in a room that was already taken, had to return to the office and the new room I was given wasn’t cleaned and sheets were thrown everywhere. I was forced to settle because of how late it was and promised a new room the next day which never happened.. The key stopped working that night at 1 AM and I had to go back to the office to get a new key and then the new key stopped working AGAIN at 5 AM.. The best part of my stay was being offered a full refund for both of my nights here.. I wish the experience was better for paying nearly $400

Did not eat breakfast, people are nice

The work out facilities are across the street, not convenient, really. Understood, but just not what I expected.

Breakfast was set up very well, neat, and clean. The room where we ate the breakfast was spacious and very clean.

You thought of everything.

The kitchen space was nice.

The beds were tiny and the bedding was dingy. The hotel was located outside and that information was not shared...For $300 for one night, we should have had two bedrooms and three beds. The sofa bed was larger than the two full beds (which I thought were supposed to be queen). Breakfast was okay but again, for $300 for one night, breakfast should have been made to order.

Breakfast was at the clubhouse and was good as complimentary breakfasts go. There was a cereal offering, two or three hot items, breads, pastries, fruits, juices, coffee and milk.

This is a worn out property, well overdue for a renovation. The furniture was stained, the smell was musty, and the stove top was filthy. It did not seem like the suite had a deep cleaning in a few years, if ever. I suspect that access to the suite is up a narrow flight of stairs hinders the ability of housekeeping to get the right equipment to the suite to do proper cleanings. Not a good design.

The property was in a very safe area and the grounds were well kept
