location cleanliness and staff

absolutely nothing because we didn’t get to stay. Was told after we arrived that there was a glitch in system and we didn’t have a room because they overbooked. After over an hour wait of me and my family phoning area hotels- with very little staff help- we were told hotel would pay for stay for the inconvenience and the ONLY place we could find they would not pay for! Horrible experience, very tired and disappointed!

Everything- communication, staff, overbooked.

For whatever reason both my Visa cards didn't work (have been working normally everywhere else), so I had to pay cash. They charged me US$ 180 instead of the US$ 157 of my booking. Next morning my credit card was charged with US$ 340 (the US$ 180 paid cash was charged again and on top the US$ 157 of my reservation + US$ 3 for no reason). The hotel was not able to return me the money in cash, so now I have to hope and see if they will put a return of US$ 363 to my credit card in the Dominican Republic. A total disaster!!!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room layout was comfortable.

It sounded like there was an elephant staying in the room above us. Also I was surprised that there was no free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

No soap. That is not what you expect at any Hotel.

I didn't like the fact that because u got 2 beds, I couldn't get a room with a balcony.....but I did get the best sleep I've had in a long time😌 and so did my kids 💕

I was there for a short stay,my experience was very good, my interaction with staff was very friendly,I'll probably stay there again.

I'm not sure if I understood correctly there was no continental breakfast provided, when my daughter and I went down for breakfast there wasn't anything there not even fruit, juice or muffin,she asked for coffee they didn't have whole milk to make a Starbucks coffee. If I am incorrect please accept my deepest apology.

I was double charged for the same room. This is now being handled by my bank.

the pool and workout room is closed and I was not made aware of this before booking. I booked here for the indoor pool. very disappointed.

Had a huge cockroach in my room. Phone didn't work and they didn't do anything about the cockroach.
