I liked the set up of the room. It’s updated.

The toilet seat look like it was in a fire. I wouldn’t sit on it. There was an unhealthy amount of black mold on the floor behind the bed, too close to where i breathe. I didn’t notice until I was leaving. Also, housekeeping almost walked in on me & my girlfriend. Microwave kind of rusty.

The room was not clean. The Bed was remade and not thoroughly cleaned. It smelled of cigarettes and it was overwhelming. The toilet ran all night and I notified the front desk and their lack of urgency and concern was evident. The bed sheets had hair in the sheets and I was so tired from my drive from Cleveland, Ohio that I sat up and slept upright and not in the bed. The community seemed like a hotel where drug addicts would go to buy, sell, or use. I felt unsafe and hardly found it secure to be there. If it wasn't for my reservations being for the next day in Florida I would have just driven the additional six hours risking my fatigue and well-being to not stay there and just consider my loss of money. I personally want a refund and would never stay at any Red Roof Inn. Anyone who knows how often I travel, the price was not worth the experience. I felt safer and more comfortable in my car.

staff was nice. I had a parking spot right outside my door. they allow pets

the room was dirty. the corners of the room had little piles of dirt. and there were multiple roaches on the walls that had been smashed and just left there.

Really sketchy motel. We checked out the room, passing a guy outside of the room next to us, sitting in a chair outside his room next to an empty 12 pack of beer. Looked like transients lived at this motel. Needless to say, we left without a refund (because we used Booking.com). Tried to get a refund from Booking.com. The website didn't allow it.

I loved the updated beds. they were very comfortable and the bedding was very soft

dark and gloomy in the room. the dark red walls and not enough lighting. also the vending machine only let me get certain things out of it.

I booked a stay and they told me age limit was 21 but wasn’t said on website because I recently booked there before and I got an stay and they refused to give me a refund

It was great. The only thing I could say is when we opened the door, we were overcome by the disinfectant you used. I do not think that that much infectant was necessary. We had to air out the room for 30 minutes. Perhaps an odourless cleaner as many people are affected by smells. We are not one of them. Other than that...excellent. Would stay again.
