Arrived late, and sign on window indicated facilities were closed. We were puzzled what to do, but called the number on the Booking.com listing, and reception did arrive to let us in. Once in the room, everything fine!
Neighborhood a bit rough after hours, but seemed to be safe to walk about to tourist parts of town during the day, which we did, and enjoyed Sacramento.

there was nothing likable about the property. It was in a bad location and filthy inside and outside of the room. With water leaking from the fridge and a urine bag outside of my room both days I was there.
this property was not only in an unsafe location. It was filthy inside, and outside of the room. The linens stunk. garbage everywhere in the halls.

The room was clean upon arriving.
Did not have the room cleaned in 3days refrigerator didn’t work no trash can available in room had issues with the TV when we reached out to the attendant she told us there would be a repairman out that never happened.On our third day the room still hadn’t been cleaned or fresh towels TV nor fridge were working the new attendant was very accommodating and put us in a different room.Thank you to her.

Gross and dirty, lopsided crater in one side of uncomfortable bed, paper thin walls, horribly hung door, next to noisy intersection, so so so loud...

Location was ok.
We needed to be changed to a different room because the the door was not unlocking on the first. The room we got had some bad wear and tear and smelled like cigarettes. We had to hold down the handle of the toilet or it would not flush completely. The second night we got locked out and had to wait out in the cold for someone to get us back in, there was another couple who had the same issue as us.
