Excellent staff at the front desk. Beautiful pool.

Overall my stay was good.

I did not like breakfast buffet was NOT included in room cost. I did NOT like that I had to pay extra for parking on property. I did NOT like that my room was not cleaned after my 1st night.

Good location, friendly, helpful staff. Staff was overworked and needed some help.

Room not particularly clean. Random hair in the bathroom, grime in the corners on the floor. It was a rare cold weekend in NO, and the heater in our room did not work. It only blew cold air out of the unit. The sheets were very old and had no elastic in the corners. They were not deep enough for the mattress. Therefore, we had to re-make the bed constantly. The sheets kept creeping up and off.

I stayed for one night 2-24-2023 the staff was unprofessional & didn’t care except Ms.Champagne at the front desk & she was the youngest out the crew she was awesome. checked in at 2:40pm room dirty, hair in the bed and pillows with multiple stains, called to ask for clean linen to do it myself no one came. left came back at 6:33pm room untouched took management forever to come speak to me, attitude & body language was so unprofessional. room wasn’t cleaned til 8pm after 4 different attempts to correct the issue & asking for a refund. They have delectable cookies they give when checking in though

The buffet breakfast was very good but needs a "non-pork" meat option like turkey bacon or sausage.

Tub and shower components are worn. Functional but not very good looking.

I was disappointed and also annoyed: According to booking.com breakfast is included, but when I asked at the front desk, breakfast was apparently not included. I will not book this again.

Location to airport with free courtesy bus . Also within walking distance of a Walmart.

Charged for everything…parking, breakfast. 3 in room, only 2 towels. No blankets on beds. Elevator quit working. Rooms were small and not very clean.

The area was great. I was happy to know that Kenner seems like a nice and peaceful area. The atmosphere and restaurants were incredible.

I wasn't too keen on the room. While it was nice I wasn't expecting the floors to be wood. Looking from the pictures on the website I expected the floors to be carpet. Also there were signs of sweet ants in the room, on the window seal, some on the floor, and I remember seeing 2 on the bed. While I did look past it. It still wasn't making me as excited as I wanted to be.
