breakfast was lacking asked to have our room made up twice. they exchanged the towels, never made the bed or changed the sheets. they also did not replenish any of the toiletries.

I have traveled a good bit. I was very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The entire facility was well kept although I didn't look at the entire facility. My bathroom was perfect, the surfaces were actually shiny clean. The staff was friendly and although I arrived for breakfast at the very end of serving time, the staff made sure I had what I wanted. I was meeting someone at the airport and although the airport entrances are under construction, everything was well marked. It was very easy from this hotel.

The vending area on the third floor needed attention....looked like a storage area.

Threadbare and torn sheets. Other guests were playing loud music till 4 am. the staff what’s indifferent to my complaints, and make comments as if it was normal that people party at airport hotels till 4am. All I needed was a one night sleep close to airport because of early morning flight but I will never stay in this hotel again

My keys were ready when i arrived

All of the hallway carpets were pulled up. The tv remote was covered in a pasty substance. The shuttle won’t take you all the way to airport drop off, they will only take you to the car rental place. They said the car rental place will take you the rest of the way and it will take about 30 minutes depending on how long the car reveal place will take it could be longer.

Some of the staff was helpful.

The cleanliness of the room. The drawers were dirty. The microwave and refrigerator were dirty. We had to keep pulling trash. We had to request towels everyday.No direct shuttle bus service to airport. We had a person on a Walker and where we were dropped off to catch the shuttle bus at the car rental place was a far distance for her to walk. When I booked it said airport shuttle, which is not true. they only took us to the rental car shuttle. Unfortunately I wouldn't pick this hotel to stay at again.

This is a great hotel for the price and location. We came in for one night while waiting for our cruise. The hotel manager met us at the airport car rental once our flight arrived and helped us arrange taxi service into the French Quarter for the evening and to the cruise port the next day. Fasy, easy and safe service.

Due to no fault of their own, the hotel is under construction after the hurricanes last year. They are working to get things taken care of but it does disrupt the stay just a bit. There are a lot of workers around the building and work is still being completed.

The hotel was in complete disarray. There was no carpet on the floor in the hallways, furniture stacked in the hallways. The employee present in the morning was responsible for the shuttle, breakfast and check in. He was rude when I asked for a shuttle ride to retrieve my rental car, his driving was erratic and he actually went across a median to turn around. I paid an extreme amount of money for this low rate hotel and treatment.

They advertise airport shuttle but do not have a shuttle to the airport.
