They could have trash cans in the room and not have guests throwing out their own trash from the room.

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, sauber und alles hat frisch gerochen.
Am Abend vor unserem Abflug haben wir unser Auto am Flughafen abgegeben und sind dann problemlos in ein paar Minuten mit dem Uber zum Hotel gefahren. Am nächsten früh sind wir überpünktlich vom kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen gebracht worden.
Keine Restaurants in fußweite, aber über diverse Lieferdienste kann man sich problemlos essen zum Hotel bestellen.

La piscine, chambre propre à l’arrivée.
Le mur de La chambre qui m’as été attribuée était collée à l’énorme machinerie de l’hôtel et le bruit atteignait 55 décibels durant les deux nuits, je n’ai pas fermé l’œil car même mes boules antibruit n’ont rien fait… j’ai demandé le changement de la chambre et la réceptionniste n’as pas tenu compte de ma demande et n’as accepté de le faire que 3 jours après, une chambre évidemment sans bruit. Hôtel très mal insonorisé la chasse d’eau bruyante séjour infernal, sans parler du petitdej minimaliste !!! Rien même pas de la confiture !!! Dans des couverts en plastique !!!

Absolutely everything we slept comfortably and the staff were very well prepared and nice

When we got there we were told our reservations were canceled. The hotel was completely booked up for the night and we were stranded in a city we weren’t familiar with. The clerk was no help in helping us find a room at all she turned around and walked away. Nothing good about this hotel !!!!

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable
There is NO shuttle from the airport. It only runs in one direction. I messaged the hotel before getting on a 10 hour flight to ask how to find the shuttle at the airport and never received a response from them. In the end we had to take an Uber from the airport. Since I specifically booked this hotel because of the shuttle, this was disappointing.
The breakfast is really bad.

Newly refurbished. Clean and comfortable. Exceeded expectations for airport hotel which are generally not so great. The staff went above and beyond including front desk and driver (yogi). Close to airport for our 5 am flight with free shuttle.

The free shuttle service was down both times I stayed at this hotel. As a result, I had to pay for taxi's to get there. The hotel did not offer any compensation. I asked, but there was no movement on their part.

Room (212) was well appointed, clean, and only a tad noisy. No bathtub drain cover :-(.

Juggled several airport hotels based on AIRPORT SHUTTLE @
9p.m. Waited 35 min. (was expecting maybe 15 & would have taken H Inn instead if it had happened along sooner!) but both night driver ard day shuttle driver were affable & appreciated (the morning driver helped us fashion a garbage bag in to rain cover!)
Front desk gal was pleasant but would have preferred 'efficient' as the line of those of us waiting to get a room and get to BED grew long.

I like the location because it was close to the airport with us having a late arrival.
They didn’t have a shuttle available to pick us up from the airport and it had a funny smell.

The weight machine in the gym is broken and the space could be better utilized with free weights…just a suggestion. I was happy with the fact that your treadmills worked, some hotels don’t even have that.

It’s location as well as its cleanliness.
Everything was great just need better pillows for the beds. Breakfast was good but the eggs were too thick and looked like chunks of pineapple

This is a very nice hotel , recently renovated, smelled clean , rooms were clean and very nice size , had a table and a couch in the king room , had a very nice stay

It was clean. Big bed. Good tv. Breakfast was average. Front desk was pretty nice. Shuttle was on time and polite. Over all a very average stay at a hotel. Exactly what you expect from a nice airport side hotel.

Cleanliness
Noises upstairs due to construction, making it hard to sleep. Why is construction done early in the morning when people are sleeping?
The air conditioning system made so much noise and couldn't turn it off without the room becoming hot.
