The staff was so nice and helpful. Shantell was a blessing!! Our car broke down and did so much to help us get a rental and get back to our vacation! We will stay here EVERYTIME we come through.

I loved the inside pool and the walk in shower .But you all have bad host . I stayed on April 30 2022. Room 326 . My phone number is (334) 368-4586

When I got there the lady told me to sign the documents but didn’t not mention anything about none smoking in the room and I was charged a 255 fee just because she didn’t mention I feel as if that was not right . She did not read what was aloud and not aloud ,only she mention was about the bar and pool times. I was in room 326 and think I deserve a refund .On the front of the door it said I could smoke so why was I charged this fee .

Didn’t go to breakfast

Had a little trouble with the staff getting my card info correct and it took someone a long time to come to the front desk for check in and didn’t like that you had to pay for breakfast

Receptionist did not honor booking.com breakfast discount. Maintenance called owner and it was honored Check in receptionist wanted me to leave. Poor customer service. She lacked experience in dealing with customers who asked too many questions. She could not answer them. When leaving, they Could not print me a receipt When pressing button to use Hand sanitizer, it fell down off the wall & spilled on my clothing TV did not work in exercise room Did not get fresh towels upon request. They kept referring me/my problem to the third party booking (booking.com) why I was having problems. Sounded like they did not have a connection with booking.com.

I didn't like the fact that they charged my card 2 days later for something that they can not provide a receipt for nor tell me what the charge is for. We got in late, slept, didn't even turn on the TV and left. They have not been helpful in getting this resolved. Called Corp and Booking.com, trying to get it resolved. Very frustrated. How can you not tell me what the charge is for?

There seemed to be a lot of lady bugs in the room. As soon as lights came on they came out so the filter system and or window seals need to be checked.
