Exactly what we needed :) Older hotel, but it was clean! Beds were comfortable and we hope to be back soon!

Quiet location away from the busy road

Lobby needs remodeling and outside grounds needs some TLC

All was great especially the rates of the room..when most motels where charing way above there cost...the room was very clean and comfortable bedding..

The person in the room above us made a lot of noise and it was hard to go asleep..

Always and will stay here. Very clean and friendly. Also in a great location!😃👍

Room was spacious for our family. Beds were AMAZING!!!!! Only issue we had was a clogged toilet upon returning to our room-however the staff were quick to get this resolved and never had any smell from it. Night time staff could be more friendlier along with making sure guests are able to rest through the night; we had 2nd floor room and folks above us on 3rd floor were LOUD and heavy stompers from midnight to 330am. Made a call to front desk at 200am asking them to mention to the 3rd floor folks to quite now-Front desk male acted as though this was an issue from myside and interrupted his shift. Folks FINALLY got quite around 330am. Other than that the stay was good. I would give this hotel another chance. Location was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge and close to shops, dining, and not a far travel to dinner shows.

The tiny bathroom. There wasn't any room to do much. I had to remove the toilet paper holders to use the bathroom

tried to cancel before check in. our event was cancel. poor communication and customer satisfaction from both motel and booking. com. you all took my entire room fee.

The girl at the desk was the best part of the stay. She worked double shifts the days we stayed and was friendly, helpful and represented your company WELL.

There was no breakfast. Did not like anything.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was dirty. There was bed bugs. The housekeeping was terrible.

It was decent and clean

The clerk asked me what floor we wanted. I told her the quietest. She put us on the 3rd floor across from the elevator and ice machine! There were also kids running and yelling in the hallway before 7:00 AM!

I was very pleased with the room we had. The price was fantastic! Desk clerk was so friendly.
