Friendly Staff at the front desk, house keeping, and the breakfast staff.

The grounds were not kept. The bed linen did not appear clean.

The room was nice and comfortable and staff friendly

In two weeks there never had a hot shower. The pool was closed, the business center was closed, the breakfast was not good and the price was way too high for what received.

we were disappointed the pool was closed but these things happen.

Location and freedom to use the lobby for get together.

Pool was closed- this was one of the reasons we picked your hotel and my kids could not swim! Also, there were not enough towels in the room- when we requested some- we were told they had to do laundry- there were no extra towels!! If I book a room for five I expect five bath towels so everyone can shower!!

Breakfast. The employee that checked us in she was great. Very helpful. Our last day their another employee was very accommodating in the breakfast area gave my daughter and I a tray to carry our food bck to her brother and father. Everyone was great.
