The room was very comfortable with good linens and a variety of pillows. Easy to control the temperature of the room.

The buffet could have been better. The first day I went down right when the buffet was about over. The staff were picking up items not even being polite and giving those of us who just showed a chance to grab an item or two. The second morning was Saturday. I got down there at 0930, 30 minutes before the buffet was over. Many items had run out and were not being replaced. I pointed out to one of the staff members there were no more glasses for the juice. I used a coffee cup. She later came up to me where I was eating to tell me there were no more glasses, not even to wash, as other guests had taken them. I felt that information was something I did not need to know! For such a nice hotel at a premium price the buffet also had very few items.

Everything was exceptional

Nothing specifically about the property just the fact that the downstairs tenant below would decide to smoke in their bathroom and the smell would rise to ours and stink up the whole room with the smell and fumes

Really liked the size and layout of the room. Staff was really nice.

Booked 2 queen beds for this trip and upon check in was told there were no more queen beds, that they sold all their queen beds to a large group just this week. So they gave my already booked room away. Well I booked 2 queen beds for a reason. A little communication before hand would have been nice so I could have looked elsewhere and canceled my reservation. Could not find another room for the price I booked for so agreed to the king with a sofa bed. The pull out bed was not comfortable at all, the mattress, if you want to call it that, was maybe 1” thick and hard and lumpy. Could feel every single bar underneath. Super uncomfortable stay, honestly probably will not stay ever again if they will just give your already booked room away without communicating.

How close it was to our house.

I booked this because my 5 year old has been going through treatment and been stuck at home of hospital. So for a change of scenery. I booked because breakfast was included and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. However when I needed the microwave in the middle of the night (11pm ish) I realized there wasn't one in the room. And when I called down they said they couldn't bring one up but I could bring the special formula my daughter gets through her feeding tube down to use the one downstairs. However, I told him I couldn't leave my 5 year old cuz she doesn't sleep well as it is and I couldn't leave her in the room alone. And the front desk attendant hung up on me. The next morning when I brought my daughter down to see if there was something she could try and eat for breakfast they had closed it early. So we had to door dash again. And then the last day I made a complaint about the breakfast and the issue with needing the microwave and that they hung up on me. She mentioned that they closed breakfast early cuz they only had one person working breakfast and she also wasn't feeling well. And I glanced over and she was working that day again handling the food. So we again didn't eat cuz my daughter cannot get sick as she's gearing up for a stem cell transplant and on heavy immunosuppressants. I asked if a manager could contact me and the lady at the front staff said she'd have the manager or gm call me the next day and they did not.

Near relative home

Great food, not continental. Liked the variety. Perhaps more pastries.

the nasty dirty room 216 to be exact, walked in room was DIRTY, smelled like wet dog and dog poop, upon looking sure enough there was a dog poop stain , mottos were dirty, dog FOOD ON THE FLOOR! carpet was still wet DISGUSTING!!!!

The desk clerk when we checked is was very rude and not accommodating at all. It took him 40 mins to get us checked in because he didn’t know what he was doing. We asked for a tool away crib and he said no cause nobody can get one. We asked for extra blankets and pillows for the sofa bed and he got annoyed with us and went in the back for about 15 mins then can put with 1 pillow and a blanket. He tried saying the room we booked was not available but when I got frustrated and asked why the site let me book it he “looked again” and one magically appeared. Very unprofessional guy. The room was okay but the shower felt like a hospital shower.

Breakfast area very messy. Eggs very dry all 3 days. Ran out of coffee 3/4 days. Potatoes tasted like cardboard. Pool COLD! No towels outside. Dirty deck area. Bathroom: extremely awkward & TINY! Have to nearly stand in shower to close door to toilet area.

Staff was wonderful, a couple of issues they handled with professionalism and ease. Beds were comfortable, the breakfast was fine and there was plenty of areas for seating with friends in the lobby. Certainly a fair value, thank you.

No cold water and could not take a shower for the entire stay, it was scalding hot. (3) day stay. Swimming pool was unavailable do to algae Only (1) elevator was operating with a full hotel Refrigerator did not work in room Light bulbs not working in room Toilet made a screeching sound every time it was flushed that lasted for over a minute.

Staff was one man show and she was great!

Air conditioner didn’t work had error on display. We were told it was fixed but still read error and didn’t work! Sheets had holes and towels were old! We got a new room and that one was better but not buy much bathroom tub was gross stained! Way over priced for the facility! Breakfast was offered at 7 am, is too late! Most places offer it by 6 am.
