For the first time in 10 years we were turned down for early check in. The front desk had no line and they stated we had to wait. It was 110 degrees and we had grandchildren. Not appreciated

the staff was really nice

there was construction going on which was ok but we were directed to go around and come in from the pool which had us walking over all kinds of debris, workers and their equipment. carrying luggage was also tough as we couldn’t roll it in the ground and we had to go up the stairs because the elevator was blocked by workers. we could have just walked in the main entrance and avoided most of that. I’m all for upgrades and the place looked really nice but I think the workers should have been instructed to work one area at a time to avoid most of this. the tv in the room was also very unstable and we were scared to turn it.

The room has 1 king and just a pull out bed, I expected 2 queens
