Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Heating/cooling system for the air was fine.
Hot water was broken. Now understand that I understand these thing happen, but the problem was that the person who checked us in, did not inform us of this issue. They fixed it in one day, so we only had one shower that was cold. No offer of adjustment was given, which would have been a good business practice. Also our room's diverter handle (room 140) was not working properly. We were able to manipulate it to give us a proper mix of hot/cold water, but I have a feeling that the issue will not stay adjustable for long. You might want to look into it.

The staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was smoke free. It was so terrible. Someone with asthma would not have been able to stay there. Also, there were no elevators to get to the second floor which was a little difficult for my elderly mother to get to the room.

Outside of the hotel was nice.
When we went to check in the lady at the desk was arguing with a lady in front of me about her ringing the bell. She was very rude to the guest. Then my husband went down to get something out of the car and stepped on the moped floor and a nother employee said I just mopped there. Well there was no wet floor sign. She was rude.
There is no elevator in the hotel. It smelled like cigarettes Thur the hallway and weed smell from guest smoking in rooms.
The shower was awful no water pressure.
I don't recommend this hotel

Pet friendly and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The cost was great.
The hotel is dated. The toilet paper holder was broken and some rigged it. There was unpainted plaster on walls where towel rack was replaced. Desk staff was not welcoming or friendly. The pictures online are old because the reality was not same.

2 bed I requested has mold growing on the box spring sheet, requested a second room which was not idea, preferred to have a 2 bed and not sleep on box spring

The gentleman at the desk was extremely pleasant and even more so with our toddler. He gave our son cookies and made sure to see his “buddy” whenever we arrived or left.

Great price, comfortable bed and clean room. Very nice staff and allowed early check in and late check out.
The lobby area was not very clean and the room did smell.

Everything about the room was excellent. Everything in perfect condition and clean. The breakfast was much better than expected. There was ample parking for my truck and trailer.
Not much to choose from on the television.

BEDBUGS!! My daughter and her family had to change rooms because of bedbugs but it was too late because my granddaughter had bites on her FACE😡.
