The room smelled like smoke was listed as a non smoking room refrigerator did not work properly dresser or night stand falling apart tv remote worked part time

Ad specified free breakfast, but there was no breakfast, not even coffee, eating area was lights out.

Location.
There was no Vending and Ice Machines. I had to drive to the store for Ice, Pop and snacks. No deadbolt lock I felt once good kick to the door and someone's getting in the room.

it was a dangerous place to stay…someone ripped out the smoke alarm because they smoked in the room.
check in was awful. the lady was on
the phone with someone from her country for quite sometime before she helped me or the other person who was in the waiting area. plus she had such a strong accent, I had to ask her to repeat herself and she would get mad at me for asking.

Easy to get to , within distance to where we wanted to go.
Bed was really wobbly, toilet was wobbly.

room was dirty. mud in tub. great difficulty just getting running water in shower. had to hold handle with both hands and pull as hard as I could. filthy around bottom of toilet. no cover on the clean out drain in bathroom, just a filthy rag stuffed inside.

When I booked this, it stated the priced included breakfast. When I arrived the marquee stated free breakfast. THEY DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST! FALSE ADVERTISING! We should be compensated for false advertising. I booked because it said breakfast was included. I would have went elsewhere had I known they do not serve breakfast.

The location was good. That's about it.
Absolutely awful hotel. Door was broken, bathroom was dirty, smelled like weed all day and all night (and we had a non-smoking room). Outlets were loose and our chargers wouldn't stay in. Smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling. TV remote broke, A/C broke and the hotel phone number was disconnected so we couldn't even contact anyone for assistance. Tried the front office and no one was there. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. We ended up booking another hotel and leaving.

I like everything but the smoke alarm

Was great location for things we wanted to do. Easy to get to from highway. Counter personal were friendly. They had no problem getting us to another room. Was very clean.
Smoke detector was off and in a drawer. Wires for detector was bare and hanging out ceiling. Comforter had cigarette burns. 1sr room smelled very bad of cigarette smoke.

well, what i liked about this hotel was really.....nothing to be honest. i was VERY disappointed!!
well, i have 2 things that really stuck out to me that i didnt like.
1. SINCE WHEN DOES THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO ASK FOR CLEAN TOWELS/RAGS,,,ETC,,,,AND BE TOLD NO! THAT WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING?! That is just rediculous to me.
2. THEY DONT HAVE ANY VENDING MACHINES, WASHER/DRYER ROOM

The non smoking room smelled very badly of cigarettes. The sheets were dirty and had red spots (assuming blood). The bathroom floor around the toilet was very dirty and there was a towel shoved into a hole in the wall behind the toilet. To top it off we found a cockroach in the bathroom the next morning.
