Breakfast terrible. Still lazy from Covid breakfasts

The room was big

The sofa mattress was so bad we couldn’t sleep on it. Also, the breakfast thing was a scam, they only have granola bars and muffins, that ain’t no breakfast.

The freedom of coming in and out, no matter the time staff was always helpful. Had the freedom to cook what I like.

Other guests... room above 205 the guests were always stomping at stupid hours early in the morning.

Over all it was just ok. Things worked as they should. Pam at the front dest was nice and understanding helpful and kind. It had what we needed.

It smelled bad like really bad all though out the hotel. Our first room was really dusty and dirty. The sheets still had a lot of dog hair on them as like they just made the beds with out clean sheets. There was no carpet in the first room. Very outdated even though it’s been redone. The hotel itself was disorienting. There are no pictures or anything to indicate which way you’re going or coming from everything looks the same.

previous to our arrival our room was given away and we were charged! Took 2 hours to figure out! Dirty! Sheets didn’t get changed from previous guests, floor, chairs counter, stove, walls, cabinets were all nasty dirty!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin-Checkout was smooth.

Decaf coffee Options can be better.
