Breakfast was great and the personnel was nice

There was only one person at the desk trying to take care of people over the phone and trying to sign guest in at the same time. He was very patient and nice, but that was to much for one person. ( that's my opinion)

The auto feature on the hvac unit was set to heat and it was blowing heat instead of air with no way of controlling in the room. Mentioned this to Bill upon checkout at the front desk and he only responded with I’ll mention it. To whom I cannot readily recall, but that heat turning on with no cool air in a room on the 4th floor made for a very uncomfortable stay.

We must have been upgraded to a larger room with a sofa etc. The extra space was a delight.

The property was modern, well lit, and smelled very clean when I walked through the front door.

Hotel pillows can be a little bit lumpy, so I can’t really blame the hotel for the somewhat lumpy pillow, that’s par for the course with the hotel.

The area was very nice. Staff was great.

Hotels needs a major upgrade. Furniture is outdated. Lamp shades had holes in them. Carpet was stained really bad. Roomed smelled of smoke. Overall our stay was pleasant.

we stayed here several weeks ago and actually was assigned the same room this time. the sink in bathroom was cracked each stay. we needed disability room.
