I like that the property is pretty secluded, but also just a quick drive to pizza and boba tea in a mini mall down the street.

The hot tub was more like a human stew lol The water was gross. Don’t go here for the hot tub. Rooms were clean though.

We did not stay at the property. The property contacted us 2 hours before check in to let us know the pool was closed. We were driving down from NY and had to make other arrangements while in the road.

The property was very clean, organized and quiet at night. Daily housekeeping was a plus, and the housekeepers were very nice. The property was also in a good location, namely close to Dix park. The staff members are very polite, professional, and kind. Breakfast was good and featured a different assortment of foods each day.

Could have been more sidewalks around the neighborhood to facilitate better walkability.

NOTHING

EVERYTHING! had to let the water run for an 1 hour before it got hot. the fridge didn’t work . the A/C kept going in and out . the bathrooms were nasty ! Check isn’t until 11am but the room service people kept walking in our room at 10:20 all the way up until 10:40 when we left ! we kept saying we are not ready yet but they kept rushing us by walking in! instead of knocking and waiting to see if we were gone say come in or wait ! they stay was terrible!

Everything! Breakfast was great, room was amazing, front desk team was top tier at all times!

The cleaning staff did not speak English at all. Luckily I understand Spanish but what about the people who don’t. I had to help people ask for towels.
