I couldn’t stay at the hotel because I called 3 times to check if they had my reservation and the three times they told me that they didn’t have it and that the hotel was fully booked. So I didn’t arrive to the hotel and they charged me anyway. I tried to call the manager and he/she didn’t answer and I didn’t get a call back after leaving my number

Healthier more fresh snacks to purchase would be nice. Fresh fruit or more snacks other than candy. Had to to drive in middle of the night to get a decent snack.

The room was spacious and the beds comfortable - the paintings all over are incredible and the pool was exquisite. Having the hotel close to a major mall was an unexpected bonus.

The lock in the bathroom did not work but minor issue. Would be a nice future option to opt for a breakfast as part of the room booking. But all minor issues.

The worst experience ever had in hospitality place in my whole life, it's over priced I even couldn't find a pen with some papers as this standard of all hotels no slippers , there was no sign do not disturb in the room but I requested one but finally they knocked the door even with sign placed on door I even been charged for late checking out a full night while I am a coming often and stayed last nearly two weeks in the hotel

Beautiful hotel. Nice staff! The bartender Dean was my favorite! Employees really can make or break your experience and I would come back just to sit at the bar with him and the other bartenders that were there Thursday and Friday night ! 2.23 & 2.24!

My fridge didn't work and the heat was weird. Housekeeping woke us up banging on doors to clean very early and it was a kid crying in another room for hours it seemed Just took away the rest part of the trip

Bad experience with the restaurant reception at night.

The staff were exceptional...the view from the 9th floor was incredible...an the art work throughout the Hotel was an extra pleasant surprise! Beautiful!

The hotel is stunning. The decor, the picture hallway, everything was absolutely beautiful. The staff was professional yet warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Delicious food, made to order omelets, and again, amazing staff.

Everything was fantastic! Not one complaint.

Beautiful property. The artwork was a very nice touch!

The staff was rude and unaccommodating. I called the night before and asked if early check in was feasible. I was told yes, as long as we came in after 12:30pm and at most housekeeping would need an hour to prepare our room. Upon arrival, the narrative changed dramatically. We were asked to write down our number and would be given a call once the room was ready which is fine. We ended up getting our room at 3:40pm almost 3 hours after waiting. My poor husband had just flown in from NY after a long overnight shift and was exhausted. To top it off, housekeeping staff were so loud in the hallway, we had to call downstairs for them to quiet down just for them to continue.
