Seen dead cricket in the lobby and had something crawling on me in the bed at night.

Clean, comfortable, good value.

Sliding bathroom door would not open. Had to struggle to get back open with wife inside.

The staff at breakfast was great. Very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good.

Our bathroom was never cleaned. The tub had dirt, crumbs and pubic hair in it. The bathroom door had visible fingerprints on it that came off when I took a Clorox wipe I had in my bag and wiped it off. The toilet had pee stains on it. My son who has autism has a hard time with transition. While we were trying to calm him down, we get a phone call from the front desk about the room next to us complaining about a screaming kid and could we quiet him down. After two days of being on the road traveling to our new state, we all were tired! It was rude and insensitive.

Location, very clean, workout and pool rooms were very good

The heating and air unit rattled day and night. Notified the front desk and they sent housekeeping who played with it and nothing changed. Sleeping was difficult.

Friendly staff and easy to find

Was not as bright as the photos, bed skirts had stains, showers had bath tubs. I PREFER WALK IN SHOWERS.

staff was great…love the breakfast, lots of choices…good coffee…beds were comfortable, nice shower..

needed a bit update, mostly in lobby and eating area
