I liked how clean and quiet the hotel was.

The candy and snack were definitely high priced

Good location right off I-75 with restaurants close by. Staff was nice. Room was mostly clean

Room layout very strange. One of the beds was practically in the bathroom. Barn door on bathroom, made lots of noice and gaps in the door when closed.

It was clean and very close to lots of restaurants.

The air conditioner would not cool down the room. I called and was told to adjust on the unit and not on the wall. It didn't help. The night light didn't work. Room was fairly small.

The politeness of all your staff...we had to leave early in the morning and they made sure we got coffee...your the best out of 3 hotels we have stayed at ...restaurants right next door...it was great!

Easy to get to off of the high way, comfortable beds, clean.

A little pricy but you are next to a big city, small rooms.

We booked a room with two queen beds and a couch. Upon arrival, desk personnel told us no room on their property accommodates 5 or has a pull out couch.

closet space was minimal. one bed was too close to the bathroom entrance , space was a bit tight, no microwave

I liked the bed as well as the staff. Had some issues with the first room I got but the staff was really nice and changed rooms for me. After that everything was excellent.

Breakfast was great! There were different options every morning. I really loved the snack bar option as well. I bought several snacks and drinks from the snack bar in the evening. Location was perfect and close to everything. Room was clean and comfortable.

I understand barn doors are in style right now, but I really don’t understand putting a barn door on the bathroom. Especially a barn door without a lock or a way to keep it shut. Every time someone was in the bathroom, the barn door would eventually slide the whole way open. It never stayed shut no matter what we tried.

The breakfast was very good.

The floor we were on smelled like natural gas. The bathroom was right next to the bed, which seemed very odd. There also wasn't a fan in the bathroom so it steamed up and stayed humid.

Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of hotel.

We had some fruit flies in our room. Not sure where they came from.
