Nothing it was great

Cleanliness, location from highway, and affordable. Price was right - a lot of bang for the buck.

Can’t sleep under or on polyester sheets, blankets or comforter. I can’t find any hotel sister that uses all cotton, so I have to bring my own and make up a bed every night when I travel.

Piscine , petit gym et buanderie sur place donc pratique si vous êtes sur la route depuis quelques jours ! Frigo et micro-ondes dans la chambre donc si vous n’avez pas le goût d’un resto il y a une mega épicerie (Meijer) juste en face de l’hôtel ! Chambre 405

They say that shuttle service is available-it is only available at certain times and this was not made clear to us until we were checking in. Staff used government as an excuse? We weren't even angry about it, but they felt the need to use this as an excuse to express thier political opinion to us. It was very off-putting.

The room was very spacious and clean. Also I had surgery and needed to check in early that day. It was no problem.

Very clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location. Restaurants close by.

Could hear the people above us walking around. Thankful the room has a sound machine to help drown out the noise.

It was clean and close to stores and restaurants. It was pretty clean as well. The staff was helpful and engaging with customers. I want to recognize Maria specifically for going out of her way to help me with getting a couple items that helped make our 35th anniversary celebration a memorable one. That kind of customer support/ service is what makes customers return over and over again.

Great location, good breakfast

No USB ports in room. Could stand an update.

The staff was phenomenal, specifically the morning manager, the night shift worker, and house keeping! We chose to book this hotel originally because of the pool and hot tub. I also loved the horse art!

The wifi was spotty and we really wished there would have been a hair dryer in the room. We didn’t pack ours since most hotels have them and ended up having to buy one.

The rooms connected was amazing

Water was shut off in the morning with no warning and had 2 kids with cup cake mess to get ready for the museum.

The hotel was incredible, and was the best experience I’ve had in years. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was very friendly. I didn’t want to leave, and I’ll be back next time I go to Cincinnati!
