Very clean, well stocked, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We stayed on a Thursday night. Weekday mornings breakfast is from 7 - 9. With 20 minutes left of the 2 hour breakfast window, the lady working the breakfast area refused to make more gravy or put out more prepared biscuits even though the dining area was very busy including a very long line of people waiting to eat. When my husband explained that he was needing to pick up breakfast for the 3 people in the room with a 2 week old baby, he was handed 2 frozen biscuits and told he could put them in the microwave. Coffee was empty. Check-out is at noon. At roughly 9:15 housekeeping arrives to clean the room next door - I'm convinced they opened and slammed every door and cabinet (a LOT of them) in that room at least twice! EXTREMELY LOUD the entire time they were in that room! Would have been nice to be able to get that nap that we should have been able to get after being up and down with a newborn all night and a long day of travel the day before, however, housekeeping made sure that was impossible. One requirement that I specifically looked for when looking for a room to book, was a hot breakfast (we were also traveling with an 8 year old). Needless to say, we did not get a hot breakfast & left the hotel hungry, which required an additional stop and more $$ before we could continue with our travel. For almost $200 per night, I expected better.

The property was nice and clean. The room was very spacious and accommodated all 5 of us very well.

The bed my husband and I slept in was horrible. The mattress was so worn there was a huge dip in the middle that left us very sore and hurting the next morning.

a/c in the room smelled like wet dog when it turned on indoor pool was ice cold. not heated staff shuts down breakfast by turning off the lights, effective but has to be a better way. they should take some notes from Hyatt house in mount pleasant

I truly liked everything about the room, and the breakfast was unique and delicious.

The only thing, for my husband, was the bed was too soft.

Very clean. Spacious. Comfortable mattress. Suite had beautiful kitchen equipped with dishes cups glasses utensils small appliances.

Our room was on the first floor at the end of the hall, next to the door to the outside and we heard that door open and close every time someone went thru it starting around 6 a.m. If you get up early that's no big deal but we wanted to sleep in and were not able to do so cuz the door shutting was loud in our room.

The rooms were nice. The breakfast was nice. There was a nice patio area with a gas fireplace. (The patio area would've been nicer if there weren't smokers always using it.)

Lots of storage off the floor. Lots of lighting, including dim. Great pool space! Lovely workout facility. Comfy bedding. The shower, toilet and sink area was large, functional and really nice.

The sliding barn door to close the bathroom that didn't lock- horrible. I was traveling as a women with my teenage boys. The regular coffee was out at breakfast. Every single table at breakfast was dirty, but over half were empty. There needs to be more cleaning at breakfast even when busy so those who aren't with the rush don't have a poor experience. Staybridge suites has AWESOME breakfast- do that!! We though we were getting a suite with a bedroom separate from the couch, but it was just a curtain divider and most of the room could not easily see the tv because the tv was in an awkward spot. I and two teens were woken up by the cleaners I believe (or someone running and jumping over and over) in the room above us. Ugh. It had been a late night and we were hoping to sleep in.

it was just like the pictures, very clean. We enjoyed the barn door walking into the bathroom. Very roomy and loved that they had a small kitchen sink with refrigerator. Thats a plus…definitely will come back.

Visited this hotel to take my grandchildren for a weekend outing. The breakfast makes this a very good value. Everything was really clean and comfy.

Pool temperature could have been a little warmer.
