The hotel is well placed and easy to find. It is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The drive to the expressway to go to Cincy and Convington is short. The staff is as nice as you could ever ask for. The room was very well sized and was set up well. The kitchen was like one in a small apartment and had a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, etc. There was a table perfect for dining or working at. There was a living room area with a couch and chair and they have DirecTV service. While there is no door to separate the bedroom from the living room it is set up in a way to define the two spaces.

The only thing that kept me from giving it an exceptional rating was that my room was dated and had a few issues that can easily be resolved. I noticed while I was walking though that it appeared as though some of the rooms have been updated. Unfortunately mine had not. There were a couple of large stains on the carpet. The refrigerator was leaking water ( I believe from the freezer). The shower in my room wasn't the glass enclosed type it was the open floor. When you showered the end by the faucet wasnt angled right or whatever and water went outside of the shower and under the sink. The bathroom could also use some touch up painting on the door and door frame.The mattresses could also be a little better. Again all things that can easily be resolved and not enough to give it a bad rating but kept it from being exceptional . I'm sure that once they get to that room all of this will be addressed. One suggestion would be to put in a way to truly separate the bedroom from the living room. Even if it just an accordion door or something similar. That way if one person is tired and another wants to watch TV or work it won't disturb the person trying to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was bigger than expected, which is always nice. The inside and outside of the building were clean. They have a very nice pool and patio area for guests to use. We would definitely stay here again.

The cost was very attractive. Check in was efficient and friendly. Location was good with plenty of restaurant offerings nearby. The room was basically clean. Great rain shower. Well equipped kitchenette.

This is an older property and the furnishings could use a major updating. The rug in our pet friendly room was well stained (not by our dog). Unfortunately it appears some pet owners do not pick up after their pets which is not the properties fault but does reflect on the grounds. Breakfast was basic and not up to the norms of many hotels (no fault of the attendant who was very friendly). You get what you pay for and that's fair enough.

The Ashley is always clean and accommodating. The pool was open and so cozy to sit by in the evening after a long drive. The room is so spacious and has everything you could ask for.

The only negative is the very small breakfast area. It is well organized but it's just small and hard to find a seat if there are even a few people in there. But overall, still nice.

The grounds were tastefully decorated and maintained and the pool was very nice and well kept. The kitchens in the room were awesome. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly.
