the check in process went easy, staff was very nice and helpful throughout the stay and we were very comfortable.

The air conditioner was not the greatest.

Bed was very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. Loved the chase lounge.

Sad they did not have a hot tub. Breakfast was okay. Though I do not care for their egg omelets.

The atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. The bed was noisy when rolling over or moving around on it. And, no, it was not anything more than sleeping. “Wink”. The only other issue we had was that our room was right where the opening to the first floor entry to the hotel. And while we were on the 2nd floor, I guess the playoffs were on, and the adults sitting at the table watching the game, were quite loud with their enthusiasm. Even run in our own fan, which is noisy, on purpose, didn’t drown out their sound. The staff was EXCELLENT, and the food was delicious! We’d recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

The front desk worker when we checked in sent a personal text message from his phone to my cell phone welcoming us to the hotel, which felt a little strange.

Badly overpriced for a place to sleep.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Would have liked a few more drawers(small chest under table top?) for clothes. Breakfast was fair. Unfortunately there was a junior football tournament with tons of kids and much noise.

Pool was unavailable given all the young kids (probably 10-20) in it most of the time we could have used it!! Breakfast was average.

I was charged $10 more than Booking.com said my total would be. I didn't appreciate the rate change.
