There wasn’t anything that I disliked about the stay or property.

The facility was very clean, one of the cleanest I've been to. It was a no hassle, quick check in with very friendly stuff, but perhaps the best part was the breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were excellent, and eggs in the morning is always a plus.

The sleeper couch, I'm not sure was really a sleeper, and not as comfortable as I would have anticipated, but it sufficed.

I booked a room for my nephew and put the room under his name. The staff (Kyle) was really rude and told my nephew that it didn’t matter if the room was under his name that I had to come in and check in for him. So at midnight I had to come in and check in for my nephew! Im disabled and not that this matters to Kyle but I had already been in bed and had to get out just so I can stand there, provide NO Identification and NO signature for the room. I was really upset and asked to speak to the manager and to get Corporate’s number. Kyle and some elderly lady (who was also the staff) did not want to give me corporates number. I told them its ridiculous how the other Greenstay in Springfield gave my nephew no problems but this one was asking for ME to come in .Im from California, imagine I was actually home!? That means I’d have to book a flight just to come in and “check in” for my nephew. Makes no sense.

Cleanliness, and it was a decent priced hotel. Good location.

Our key card didn’t work and we got locked outside 2 times and had to go to the front desk to get help. Our refrigerator was broken in our room so we weren’t able to keep any of our food and drinks cold. The beds were very small and hard. My husband and I had to sleep on separate beds because they didn’t fit both of us. The free hot breakfast was very limited. Not much to choose from. I have seen much better free warm breakfasts at other hotels.

The air conditioning was not working properly in either room.

Location is so close to Evangel University where I moved our granddaughter too this weekend. Staff is friendly, courteous, yet professional. Comfortable beds, clean and loved the layout of the room..

Liked everything

The staff and the breakfast were wonderful. They made you feel wanted when you walked in. The rooms were clean and welcoming.

The toilets flushing was terrible. It's either the toilets itself or no water pressure. You had to flush 3 times just to get it to get everything down. They say the bathroom fan was quiet. Well, ours just didn't work.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast attendant went above and beyond to make breakfast as homemade as possible.

The bedding - especially the blankets need updating. Although sandwiched between two flat sheets it peek out it was old and tattered.

We just had coffee and a cinnamon bun. They had typical hotel breakfast food, but we didn't eat it, so I can't say how it was.

the location was great it was close to all of my family but that’s about all that was to like about it.

the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and bed was not comfortable. went down for breakfast around 8am and all the eggs and bacon were already gone, apples were mushy. our last night there we found a bed bug in our bed and killed it and dark blood came out of it. I called the front desk and all they did was give us a change of sheets. we took pictures of the bed bug and the blood and lifted everything off of the bed to find a ton of pee stains on the mattress itself and a dark spot on the side which looked like the nest of the bed bugs. we then packed our things and left. I asked the gentleman working the desk that night if i could get a full refund, and he said yes. i even gave him the dead bed bug on some toilet paper. when we got home the next day I messaged the hotel and they said that they will not give me a full refund but only a refund of that one night, and saying that the full refund was a misunderstanding, even telling me that they found no bed bugs or signs of them in that room. truly disgusting seeing that we were sleeping on a mattress that had pee stains all over it and was terrified we were going to bring bed bugs home with us.

There was a big stain on our ceiling and the walls were this. The people in the room next door were loud until after midnight. Also, our sheets didn’t really fit the bed.
