The owners were super friendly. They tried everything (4 times) to get the oven/stove working; when maintenance guy came, it was just too late. The lady who lives there is the sweetest person. Location is very good. Foliage surrounding rooms is lovely. Bathroom seemed to have been upgraded.Glad to have enough towels. AC worked good.

Floor very dirty; crumbs from previous guest all over; trash in closet; windows broken; door didn't fit well; felt very unsafe (safety latch is broken); had to wait about 15 minutes in between each toilet flush; water pressure in shower is too low; Toilet rocks (not secure); We could not figure out how to turn the TV on; hair and bugs in corners of all rooms; my husband came home with 2 bites on his shoulder from something; no lamp shade on lamp in second bedroom. I hate giving all this negative stuff, when the owners were so sweet, but they need to fix this room. I was nervous the whole time. I think they would get more guests if the room was cleaner and fixtures repaired.

We were pleasantly surprised that the 2nd bed was in an ajoining room and there was also a complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, sink and microwave in a separate room. This room was like a little apartment for less than most basic rooms. . nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

It could have been cleaner.

the owners need help how to run it a Motel. nice couple...need lots of help....not recommended if you own a truck or big SUV.hard to park.
