The front desk help was very helpful

It was just a horrible environment to stay . There was a gas leak in the studio room. I was offered another location to stay but first impression are everything. I can’t believe the health department is not involved with how they rate or grade these places where people eat and sleep.

The Manager wanted $200 for a deposit because the month before when i rented a room for three nights there was an overly soiled towel left in the room apparently and that didnt set well with the housekeeper. I found dirty syringes in the kitchen drawer when I checked in NOW THATS SOMETHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.!!!! Shame on them turning it around...!!!!! Bad Management !!¡ to say the least..

It was right near the beach (a block away), and that was nice. Easy on and off the main highway (101). The staff were helpful. The TV was large and new (though I n eeded help from staff on how to use it) The price was low compared to other places in Ventura.

This was an old motel, likely built in the 1950s. It is warn and torn, with little done to keep it up to date. T In my room, the bed was comfortable, but tiles were cracked and broken, the bathtub was cracked and chipped, the furniture was old and warn, and this describes the property generally. That said, it served the purpose and was the cheapest Icould find for 2 nights in Ventura.

Close to the beach, many restaurants and artisanal breweries. Staff was helpful. Location was excellent. Beds were comfy. Do wish they had a better heating system and that the jacuzzi tub was operational. Television was excellent and had many streaming channels to select from.

Lack of a good heater for the room. Jacuzzi tub not working was a disappointment, but not a deal killer. The bed could have used better pillows and the drawers on the dresser need some work to make them more usable.

Right off the BAT the staff. Jenifer made me feel so Comfortable and was above and beyond helpful. Matt, and Joseph are two. Jennifer made me feel so at home that I have been staying here for four days and have booked TWO more days and may stay a lot longer.

The shower in the room did not work. Staff did nothing to fix or accommodate us in any way.
