The beds were very comfortable put me right to sleep. The bathrooms are very nice, shower excellent pressure and clean. Great TV channels and a walk in closet
The floor was a bit dirty but when I dropped something behind the bed and reached to grab it , it was ridiculously dirty both of them. The sheets were brown and the pillow covers were brown and topped with I hope a clean one

Great Location and Great Price. Uncle Phil and the gang loved it...

The room was newly done and it was clean.
There’s no shampoo, soap, extra towels, extra toilet paper (they won’t give you any so make it last), no housekeeping to make the beds daily, no coffee maker (in the rooms or the office).
There an are lot of people living in the hotel too. There’s a man parked in the covered parking with the bed of his truck full of household items and towels in the widows. He was sleeping in the drivers seat every time I came back to the room. There’s also baby outdoor playground things in the parking lot, like a little plastic slide. There’s also an old lady who watches you peeking through her curtains at you whenever you’re outside your room. She also puts out an orange cone to keep you parking near her room.

Good location in mid-town Ventura
The room was not clean. Crumb everywhere as if it had not been properly swept or mopped. There was a dead spider in the shower.
The furniture and walls were in very bad shape.
The room reeked of cigarette smoke to such a degree that it made sleep difficult.

Location in Ventura was easy to reach. Parking outside the room was easy.
Dirty. The headboard was covered in a thick layer of dust. The room smelled incredibly bad - of smoke. The bed sheets were clean, but there were hairs on them when we pulled off the covers. The furniture was scratched, vandalized, mistmatched and in poor condition. The curtains were ripped. There were stains and a footprint on the wall.

lots of old plants and a 15 foot tall organ cactus that had 50 arms & must have been 75 years old!
Dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in… dust on lamps (along with someone’s chewed gum). Bath room floor was filthy! Had long black hairs and it was so unclean that I left dirty foot prints after my shower, We felt a need to wipe all surfaces with Lysol wipes.
I could go on. . . It gave us the creeps!

It was a nice clean room, big shower. Had to take two queens because the king was sold out. Happy to get 1 hour later check out. Good to have 24 front desk hours.
Loud very unpleasant drilling construction noise across the street started at 7 am and continued until I left at noon on a Saturday morning. They had no ear plus or empathy! Rude front desk staff.

One of the beds seemed clean. The shower pressure was good.
First off, this places photos do not match what you get AT ALL, everything is old, dingy and falling apart. I paid for, and needed, one King Bed, but got two queen beds instead, the beds were cramped in the room, one mattress was practically against the door when you entered the room. One of the beds had a huge matted wad of grey hair all over it! The desk chair was completely falling apart, all the fake leather was worn off, the seat of the desk chair was badly stained and overall the chair looked like it was found in a garbage bin. I asked if they had another chair, they said no. The wooden floors seemed unmopped and dirty. My bare feet we’re filthy after taking my shoes off for a few minutes There were dead bugs all over the window. The toilet was in a cramped and awkward position, my boyfriend could barely fit on it sitting down. The shower head was very small and low, so again my boyfriend found it awkward to shower. The walls were filthy and stained. There was a closet but it seemed very outdated, old and dirty. There was a stale smell in the air, in the entire place...a cross between wet dog and cigarettes. The remote control was missing part of it’s cover. The phone was unplugged and did not work when I tried plugging in the cord. The table lamp next to the bed had all sorts of tape on top of it, holding it together- looked old and tattered and falling apart. I know this is a “Motel” and I paid less” here than what most hotels charged (I paid $120) but this place needs a major renovation and a manager that knows standards and quality checks things.

very clean property. bed very comfortable.
no coffee in room. no snacks available. leather chair in the room completely worn out, tattered looking.

The room was large and had a fridge and good closet space.
I think there are permanent guests, unhoused people(?) staying. Beat up old car with junk up to the windows, people inside with front door open playing loud music. Floor is a laminate that left feet dirty, had to get something under bed that fell and it was disgusting under there. Didn’t exactly feel unsafe but didn’t exactly feel safe either…

It was updated and very clean.
Nothing, it was perfect.
