Pool was shut down for remodel, no water pressure, beds were not comfortable.

Place seemed outdated,(old) . My biggest gripe was the constant sound of running water and the dripping from the shower spout, the shower valve needs to be replaced to fix this problem, but im guessing that putting caulk around the bathroom makes it look like someone did something. Just expected more from a (Hilton hotel)

Once I was switched to a new room, I was satisfied.

The first room I was placed in the walls was dirty, carpet was nasty and room had a smell and the air was out in the lobby. My TV wasn't working so I was placed in another room and that room was excellent.

Advertised as a 3 star hotel and it wasn’t even a good 2 star. Booked for pool and hot tube as I had my grandkids with me. Hot tube was boarded up and tape off most likely for some time. Pool area extremely neglected. Room - tears in curtains- unable to close all the way and tears in lamp shade. Website pics and amenities did not accurately reflect neglected property. Grossly misrepresented

The only thing that I didn't like was that there was food in the refrigerator.

we arrived the room was an ICEBOX & had to turn the heat on and let it warm up. the room was so beat up and dirty, stains on the walls the doors had stains and paint chipping off there was a stain on the bed spread as well as the back of the toilet. the tv was super small, the curtains would not fully close so you could still see into our room. the beds are not comfortable at all and they have 3 SMALL pillows. this was the WORST experience I’ve had with Hilton. and when front desk was notified of my dissatisfaction they did nothing! there were no rooms to switch us too nor anything available on another property so they offered to comp us our last night if we wanted to check and that wasn’t an option considering we came down with plans and my family would not have anywhere to stay! I would never go back here nor would I recommend it to anyone. way too overpriced for the type of room I received with no kind of accommodations for my trouble.

outdated restroom, bathtub and commode wasn’t the best. a lot of mildew on bathroom walls, along with rusted borders behind bathroom door. I do have the pictures. I called and requested more towels, she said okay, never received them

Everything. Charged over price for breakfast that most hotels have complimentary. Nothing in the hotel was available but the bar. No computers, no pool, nothing!!! Staff was lazy. Place look run down.
